The Academy Is… Continue To Bring The Warmth With New Single, “Miracle”

The Academy Is... continues to send listeners into a fever dream with "Miracle."

Following the release of their nostalgia hit “2005,” The Academy Is… continues to roll through 2026 with a warm embrace with their latest single, “Miracle.” The second single to be released from their upcoming comeback album, Almost There, “Miracle” aims to boost the energy and further remind listeners just who The Academy Is… are.

While talking about their new single, guitarist Mike Carden shares, “With this track, we were chasing the feeling of when you discovered your new favorite song. “Miracle” reminds us of LimeWire era vibes; finally finding that song that takes you by surprise, a very distinct feeling. We wanted it to hit and pull you straight in. We feel like…mission accomplished.”

I personally have to agree with Mike Carden’s sentiments when it comes to “Miracle.” There’s a warmth that comes with the track that fully pulled me in and had me continuing from the daydreams that “2005” started back when that single was released. So far, the vibes coming off both of TIA’s newest singles create the perfect portrait image of what listeners should expect from their upcoming studio album.

Once again, The Academy Is… will drop their upcoming album, Almost There, via I Surrender Records on March 27, and both “Miracle” and “2005” can be streamed on your favorite streaming service of choice now.
