Rising alt-pop darlings, People R Ugly, are continuing their takeover of the genre with the release of their danceaholic new single, “WAKE UP.” The group’s harmony-filled new single will have listeners singing across the weekend as the track’s earworm qualities are enough to keep you rocking until the sun comes up.
Alongside the release of the group’s new single, they have enlisted blink-182’s Mark Hoppus to star in a hilarious new music video that takes the single’s themes to a whole new level and continues to level-up People R Ugly to new heights.
People R Ugly’s new single, “WAKE UP,” acts as a precursor for the band’s upcoming studio album, GARAGE, which drops on October 24 via Verswire. While talking about their upcoming album, the band shares, “We’re beyond excited to finally share GARAGE. This project is unlike anything we’ve ever made before.
