Her Leather Jacket Unveils “Death Train” Featuring Kellin Quinn

Her Leather Jacket teams up with Kellin Quinn for their new single, "Death Train." Taking on the themes of chaos and trauma.

Rock duo Her Leather Jacket is brooding along with their latest single, “Death Train.” Teaming up with the enigmatic Kellin Quinn, lending his vocals, the Aaron Gillespie-produced single tackles the themes of chaos and trauma in a rock-infused soundscape that brings these rising rockers into the spotlight.

Onto the topic of “Death Train,” Her Leather Jacket explains, “‘Death Train’ is a reflection of the chaos and trauma we all can carry—those heavy emotions that can make us feel misunderstood and alone. But at the same time, it’s a story everyone can relate to. No matter what car you’re riding in on this train of life, we’re all headed to the same stop.”

On having the Sleeping With Sirens frontman on the track, the band shares, “Having Kellin Quinn join us on this track made it even more special, bringing a whole new layer to a song we already love. This is just the beginning of a new chapter for Her Leather Jacket, and we can’t wait to share more of what’s coming.”

Fans can catch Her Leather Jacket throughout the month, starting October 17, as they take part in the When We Were Young Festival side shows, as well as the festival itself on October 18 and 19. They will also be supporting The Used on October 26 at the band’s sold-out show at Emo’s in Austin. Information for the band’s upcoming show schedule can be found on their official website.
