DREAM STATE Release New Single “Primrose”

Welsh alternative-rock four-piece DREAM STATE has released a brand new single titled, “Primrose.” DREAM STATE’s latest single is described as a song that encapsulates the band’s energy and follows vocalist CJ Gilpin through the darkness she has experienced in her life. Accompanying the release of their new single is a Zak Pinchin directed music video that truly captures the horrors depicted throughout the new intense and powerful single.

While talking about “Primrose” vocalist CJ Gilpin shares, “sometimes we have to fall and fall to truly awaken and conquer our egos. There’s still so much we have to learn about ourselves and this is a chance to express my journey and open the door to anyone fighting the same demons. We want you to see that through the darkness, light can be found.”

I completely agree with CJ Gilpin when it comes to facing one’s own demons, and with songs like “Primrose” around, no one should ever truly feel alone. Joining previously released single, “Hand In Hand,” “Primrose” is fully expected to appear on DREAM STATE’s upcoming debut album which is looking at a release later this year. If you’d like to catch this amazing band live, head over to their official website where you can find tour dates to a recently announced UK headlining tour coming this fall.
