blink-182 are oiling up the hype train once again with a tease of their upcoming single, “Darkside,” which will be released this coming Friday, July 26. A snippet of the upcoming single made its tease-ful rounds thanks to a blink-182 themed phone number; 323-831-0182 that popped up earlier today that promoted itself as a “good time.” Once opted-in, fans received a fifteen-second clip of the already infectious new single.
The released clip of “Darkside” already paints blink-182’s new single as being a catchy affair, with guitarist Matt Skiba providing some of his best vocals since joining the band back in 2015. This sounds closer to the Matt Skiba we all know and love.
Once again, blink-182 will release “Darkside” on July 26 with their upcoming album looking at a September 20 release frame. Also, make sure to keep an eye on blink-182’s official website for future tour dates and pre-order bundles for their upcoming release.
