AtHeart Reimagines Classic Song With New Single, “Say It”

AtHeart gives fans their first taste of their 'Time Travel Project' with the release of "Say It."

Through their new Time Travel Project initiative, AtHeart has released their latest single, “Say It,” which reimagines the classic song “Lovefool” by The Cardigans. “Say It” takes the classic love song and puts it through an AtHeart lens unique to the girl group, while staying true to the original.

Keeping the original “Lovefool” catchiness, AtHeart brings the classic into 2026, ready for new listeners who might not be very familiar with it. Bringing out danceable basslines and the girls’ quirky personalities, “Say It” manages to achieve what it set out to do. Alongside the release onto streaming platforms is the release of a fun-filled music video.

AtHeart’s Time Travel Project is a global initiative that sees the girl group reimagine hit songs from 1996, bringing the classics into a new scene with a fresh coat of paint. The next track on the group’s release schedule is Roo’ra’s “3! 4!”, which is looking at an early August release.

Fans can currently replay “Say It” to their heart’s content through their favorite streaming service of choice. I personally look forward to seeing what other songs might gain focus during AtHeart’s Time Travel Project.
